Today I am thankful for:
* Hannah’s happy heart to start 6th grade today. (she’s in the red shirt. Uniforms are required at our school). She is beyond thrilled to get back to learning!
* another rainbow moment while my son and his best buds play basketball in our driveway.
* opportunity to possibly mentor a teen girl from church. Waiting to hear back from her about a time to meet face to face to talk more details.
* opportunity to lead a small group of teen girls. Planning to attend a meeting Sunday to learn more.
* working out at the YMCA for the past three days. Boy am I sore! It’s hard to get back into an exercise routine. Maybe the Olympics has inspired me. ๐
* the chance to speak at MOPs group this year. Need prayer about how to create my talks. Want it to be beneficial for the moms.
* a youth led service last Sunday at church. I held back tears watching teens dance to one of my favorite songs. “I am free to run, I am free to dance, I am free to live for you.” Inside I was jumping wild and spinning, my spirit soared as I think of the word “FREE!” Why can’t I dance? I’m thinking my pride got in the way of my worship.
* my digital camera to capture amazing views. God’s creativity touches my heart every single day!

Greetings from the beach….
I LOVED the pictures! I remember those Colorado rainbows. I was amazed at how many I saw. You don’t see them very often in Georgia.
Loved your “thankful list”
Looks like Tropical storm Fay is headed our way and we might be leaving the beach early. We are still praying God will take a deep breath and blow it away for a couple more days….
Hugs,
Julie

Oh, these pictures are incredible!!
So excited for Hannah, what a special season in her life.
Sorry you didn’t join in with the dancing, it’s so liberating, I to love dance before the Lord!
One area of freedom, I still have many others to overcome!!
Blessings my friendโฅ

Great guess, the doctor did think it had something to do with my thyroid but the test results came back normal and I am “a-okay”. Thank you for your words of encouragement, ๐

Tiffany, God’s peace radiates through you on your blog. What wonderful opportunities He is giving you to work with youth and speak at MOPS- I was blessed abundantly through that ministry when my kids were small.
Praying the Lord will give you all you need to get ready!
Great photos! Do you have a horse?
And do you see mountains from your home? (Please Lord, don’t let me covet!)
Tiffany Stuart says
Hi Kathy,
No, I don’t have a horse. I did for a short season in high school. This horse is what I see driving my daughter to school.
And the mountain pic is Pikes Peak. I can see part of it from my house. But not the full view I posted. Again, this is along my drive. I take pictures at stop lights. ๐
