Thank you all for joining hands with me last week for our first round of Sweet P’s. Your prayers, petition and praise touched my heart. Prayer is something I can never get enough of. Our P’s are NOT small or insignificant. They are significant to God.
Here’s my handful of Sweet P’s today.
Father God, thank You for another day to walk and talk with You. I love knowing You are with me always. In good and bad times You remain with me. Thank You for making everything beautiful in its time. I love watching You redeem those once devastated places in me and in others. Only You can take my ruins and rebuild them into something beautiful. I see Your hand at work in another of my heart again. Prepare my heart to deal with one more area that needs Your healing touch.
My heart is Yours. Take it, break it and make it reflect Your Son, Jesus.
Thank You, LORD, for freely giving me Your love. Thank You for calling me out of my hiding place and inviting me into Yours, into relationship with You. Thank You for chasing me down during my wild girl years and seeing in me what I could not see. Thank You for my husband and two kids, thank You for my extended family and friends. Thank You for Your endless grace. Thank You for listening to me pray the same things over and over again.
Please forgive when I whine and complain about petty things. Forgive me for my pride, stubbornness and selfishness. Thank You for accepting me when I’m at my worst.
God, I praise You for who You are. My daily bread, the living water, the Prince of Peace. Perfect in love and full of truth, without flaw. Beyond my finite understanding. Bigger than I can ever imagine. All-knowing. Omnipresent. The God of all comfort. The healer of the broken and bruised. The God who sees me, El Roi. You amaze me.
I pray today for all those who are bound. Bound to sin, whatever the sin is. Help them break free from addictions that are killing them. I pray for those bound to shame, self pity, defeat, or despair. Those trapped in poverty or chronic illness, and those sold in human trafficking. God, I don’t know how to pray for those people but I ache for them. Please bring freedom to the captive and healing to the broken. Use Your people to bring justice. Help us stand up and speak out now.
Come quickly, LORD. We need You to remind us of what really matters. People. Redemption. Love.
Thank You for loving us more than any person could ever love us. Today enable me live by Your Spirit. Show me how I can live in You today without any selfish motive. Instead fully living out Your love. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
Want to offer your Sweet P’s too? Please do. Post your SWEET P’s every week anytime Friday through Sunday. No rules, just type a prayer from your heart. Post your Sweet P’s on your blog and come back and link in. Grab code pic from my sidebar.
And I’ll be around to pray your prayers with you.
Until then, PEAS(peace)!
(Had to delete link because it didn’t work anymore after I switched to WP. Sorry)
***Also Angela at Free Spirit Haven. does a Friday post called Fearless Friday. Share your prayer requests with her and she posts them for others to pray over. She shares her requests too. Thanks, Angela!

Tiffany, this beautiful prayer is the cry of my heart, too…the line that says…"I don't know how to pray for those people but I ache for them."…really touched my heart…there are many situations where words just don't come…only a deep sense of need coming from our hearts…the Spirit knows….

What a powerful, yet tender and heartfelt prayer. I so love your heart, my friend.
I've posted a prayer I wrote for my daughter today on her birthday…words of praise and thanksgiving, as well as those of petition, to my Father.
Thank you for doing this. I like to keep my prayers private…which is a hindrance when it comes to praying aloud. As God has been moving me more and more into ministry, He's been pushing me out of my comfort zone in that area…a LOT. ๐ I don't have many blog followers. Still, it does encourage me to put my prayers out there, so to speak, so that He can use them to bless whomever might happen by my blog.

AMEN! amen! amen!
Blessings Tiffany… thank you once again.
This is where I am too:
"God, I don't know how to pray for those people but I ache for them"
Hoping I get it together soon, meanwhile…
there's one here for that particular situation, I link to it at the end of my Sweet P's too:

Blessings Tiffany!!! Reading your prayer once more and still praying over here.
I hope that you don't mind me adding another link (6) but I have added a prayer each post this weekend.
My heart is so full, I could pray every day and not end.
Anyways, I'm sure that you know Denise (Shortybear). I'm not sure what is happening but I am asking for prayer for her and Lovebug! She has not been around since Weds. and that is highly unusual. Please lift a prayer up for them! (maybe Marsha knows but I have not seen anything anywhere yet)…join me in prayer.
