Father God,
You are great and worthy of our praise.
You are holy, perfect and just.
You are true love.
My only hope.
I thank You for showing me who You are.
Without You, I am lost.
I need You to find my way each day.
The world is full of pain and unhealthy desires.
I’ve had my fair share of sampling what’s out there.
Good thing all my efforts were in vain.
I found nothing that satisfied me.
Only more shame.
But there in my hiding place, You found me and brought me back to what matters most.
Relationship with You.
Thank You for never giving up on me.
Thank You for seeing the best when all I saw was the worst.
Thank You for carrying me when I’m weak.
Thank You for healing my wounds. Jesus,
Thank You for Your Word that changes me.
Thank You for the price You paid for all people.
Thank You for the cross.
The cross is beyond imagination.
Who loves like that?
No one but You, LORD.
No one but You.
Beautiful You, God.
Lord Jesus, right now I lift up those who don’t know You as savior. Please reveal Yourself to them. Prepare their hearts to say yes to You. Show them their depravity. Increase their hunger for a Love that lasts. Use their disappointments to bring them to their knees. Don’t let them go another day missing out on the gift of Your grace. Chase after Your children until they tire, collapse and finally surrender. It’s in sweet surrender that we find what we are searching for.
You.
We are nothing without You, Jesus.
But with You, we are everything we are meant to be.
Complete.
Whole.
Set apart.
Forgiven.
Redeemed.
And forever changed by love.
Come, Lord Jesus, come and speak to Your people. We humble ourselves before You. We confess the sins of our nation. Oh they are many.
Greed. Selfishness. Vanity. Gluttony. Pride and so much more. Create in us a pure heart, O LORD. Give us clean hands. We long to see Your beauty in our world. Show us Your glory.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You begin with your PRAISE & how much you Adore Him! We do ADORE Him as being worthy of all our praise, love, and He is our Hope!!!
Than you thank Him as you Confess our inadequacies and how we were lost and in need of Him. As we CONFESS our weakness and our sins,
He is faithful to forgive us!
You continue so beautifully in giving Him THANKS! Amazing THANKS for the many blessings of God, beginning with JESUS! I am so thankful that this too was the start of my tears.
Then you raise up your PETITIONS!
Always spending time with Jesus first and then our needs shows clearly we SEEK Him first so that all His goodness will be added unto us!!!
Your SWEET P's is for Others and this one is so perfect! We come humbly before Jesus asking Him to
reach others & draw them to Him, SUPPLY our needs, as you have shared so well, and SUPPLY for others. When we do ASK of our Father, it is so much better to approach Him this way instead of just with a list of our "to do's" for Him… please do this, please answer this, please change this, please heal this… endless needy people, but your prayer is perfect

Amen! Agreeing with my sweet sister in prayer, Lord. It's so wonderful that we have God that will "chase us down". In our state of messiness He's not running away from us but beaconing us to come to Him.
