A few years back, I saw this eraser in the dollar store. I laughed and thought, Who on earth needs an eraser that big?
“You do,” God whispered.
Yeah, I do, don’t I? Do we have to go there now?
As I went to pay for this silly thing I knew why I was buying it. Not to use, but to remember. I needed another visual reminder of my redemption in Christ.
God is like this jumbo eraser. He erases my worst sins. He erases yours.
I’ve kept this eraser in my Bible cover pocket for years now. When I feel its shape underneath the cover, I am again reminded that God has already erased all my sins. Past, present and future. Paid in full. Finished.
Once I brought this eraser with me to share with the teenage girls in jail. It served as a perfect prop. They know BIG mistakes like I do. Do you?
I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more. Isaiah 43:25(NIV)
Thank you, Lord, for using a big, pink eraser at a dollar store to remind me of YOU! Buying it was well worth my dollar!

So did you stop, look and listen?
God wants you to know you are forgiven. He’s already erased your ugly moments. It’s time to start living free from your past and free from condemnation.
Do you believe Him?
Thank you for joining me for another Stop, Look and Listen where I share how God speaks through the simple, the everyday, and the ordinary moments of life.

I DO believe Him though my heart often betrays my beliefs at times when I fail miserably. Not only has He erased my BIG mistakes, every one of them, He has made me pure white, removed all the stains from them, and made me RIGHTEOUS and holy-while becoming sin in my place! Wow! Good stuff to think on today! Thanks!

Praise the LORD Tiffany!
This is a beautiful reminder of our LORD’s love for us. He never leaves us as we are. He is ever revealing Himself to us and changing us from glory to glory.
He’s amazing!
I too am a very visual person and the Lord uses visual things to grab my attention, encourage me, challenge me and often change me. I love Him so.
Love you Tiffany and may this be a beautiful time in the Lord for you and your family this weekend.

OK, you have to get a button made for these posts! This is great. You should write a new book, a picture book on this idea. Blessings!

Beautiful post Tiffany. I love the picture of the eraser. I recently gave a group of girls erasers, along with other items in gift bag with a written reminder that we all make mistakes but God is faithful to forgive us.
I love this series
