I still remember years ago feeling scared and uncomfortable if I was ever asked to pray in a group. My answer, always the same, “No, thanks.” I didn’t feel worthy to lead in prayer, nor did I know what or how to pray. Silence suited me.
Today I see prayer as my lifeline, the way to communicate with God. I can’t imagine my life without it. Prayer is the thing that carries me through the craziness of this life. Thank God for the gift of being able to pray with friends.

Birds flocked together, resting on a wire. Secure.
Someone reading this needs prayer. That someone needs to gather with one or more today and pray, pray, pray.
Pray knowing GOD is WITH YOU as the verse says.
God is on your side.
He listens and sees.
He cares about the things that concern you right now.
And He is faithful to answer.
Pray in faith.
Wait with expectancy.
Hold onto that lifeline of prayer.
In Him, you are safe and sound and secure.
Trust and believe.
