Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens, praise him in the heights above. Psalm 148:1

There’s nothing like praise to bring a heart closer to God. This pic was taken from the plane above the clouds last week as Derek and I flew back home from Florida. What a view!

Oh, praise Him. He is holy.

    Which one were you thinking of? My first thought was a hymn and I could not remember completely…
    google it…and this was first:

    I knew neither???!!! Then "Precious Lord Take MY Hand" had my Bible verse from MISSIONS & music. It didn't help…I'm sure I must know this though…finally I saw this Kid's Video from Colby's Clubhouse and I knew it 🙂 PRAISE THE LORD!

  8. Oh beautiful! It's a fantastic and amazing feeling to be above the clouds and see from a different angle all the glorious creation made by the hands of our loving Father – wow – He's amazing. 🙂

  9. Love this, Tiffany. I'm going back through my "Experiencing God" workbook and one of his lessons had us stop and praise God's many names. In the midst of praise, life comes back into focus. Oh, Praise Him!!

  27. I LOVE that picture!
    There is something so awesome about being in a plane, flying through the clouds like that. I know I am not any closer to God when I'm in an airplane. I know He doesn't hear me any better. But somehow having that "higher perspective" makes me think and pray a little differently.
    I think it makes me a little more peaceful, more aware of how great God is, and more confident in my ability to trust Him.
    A little crazy? Perhaps.
    But I know He loves me anyway *grin*
