Would love prayer this week as I finish the teen girls book proposal and sample chapters. My coauthor and I extended our deadline by a couple days. I’m hoping for strength to finish strong. I must admit I’m weary, weak, discouraged, and doubting.
I keep reminding myself(I wrote this on my dry erase board on my fridge):
God is not limited by my limitations. He is able. When I am weak, He is strong.
I believe in this idea for teen girls. I really do. I just doubt my ability to hear His voice right now. My heart cries, “I do believe, Lord. Help me with my unbelief.”
Not to mention, my sweet girl has stomach flu today. My husband left for a trip, so I’m flying solo. And it’s extra hot this week in my house, no air conditioning. There’s lots more on my mind. Hurting people I love. Family and friends near and far. Distractions at every turn.
Thankfully, I have friends who believe in my calling and in this project, and who are praying me through. Why it is the battle rages at the worst time? The enemy knows best when to send his arrows.
I will not be defeated. God is for me. He works in me. His plans for me are good.
Thank you for pausing to pray for me.

Praying for you Tiffany! You know its good that you don’t feel the strength for the project because it gives God’s power the glory! I can’t wait to hear about what God and you and your co-author have done in HIS power!

I’m here with you friend.
It is a great book for teens, cause shame is a huge thing that plays into their lives and they don’t recognize it. Not enough teenage girls are told who they really are, ” a daughter of the Most High God who is enthralled with their beauty.” They equate their behavior with their identity.
You go girl! Praying for Papa to give you words…lots and lots of words, so many that your hands can’t keep up.
Hugs & Love to you!
Julie
PS. Sorry to hear about your sweet Hannah!

I am right there with you. Not the same situation but one that is making me feel as though I’m running on empty. I have prayed for you.

Imagine this being said in my best Arnold Swartzenager voice, “You can do it!”.
God’s grace is sufficient. He will work through you to see this project deadline to completion.
I pray Hannah is feeling better!

Always praying for you Tiffany. The closer you get to the finish line, sometimes, the harder it becomes. Keep pushing forward in Jesus and His direction.
I pray that it will be loud and clear as you joyfully cross the finish line.
Yahoooo!!!
Life is a blast.
Love,
Paulette
