Needing some prayer. The girl that accepted Christ in the jail on Sunday is on suicide watch. Please pray for her-L. Her name is confidential. But God knows who we are praying for. It makes me so mad to know that most of the girls in jail come from such abusive backgrounds. Who knows what she’s been told. Who knows what she’s experienced.
Lord, please bring hope and peace to your child, L. You know why she feels so helpless. Surround her with your love. Allow her to sleep at night. Heal her broken heart. Do not allow the enemy to taunt her with the lies, the past, or anything else. Fill her up with joy in your presence. Show her her worth in You. Give her strength to get through her time in jail. In Jesus name, Amen.

Tiffany, just catching up on some blog reading. I’ve hardly been on the blogs at all lately.
Maybe after school starts we can get together for lunch… I’ve been hearing a strong call lately to do more serving in our community. Working with incarcerated teens sounds like something that God might want me to do… in any case, I’d love to chat about different ways we can serve here in our community.
