I’m over at Laced with Grace today. Here’s a start of my post.
This week I’ve been preparing for a MOPS talk I’m giving next Wednesday. My talk is titled, “Lighten Up and Belly Laugh, Moms.”
I’ve struggled with my topic, thinking what bad timing. Our economy is rock bottom. Our future president is unknown. Our world is at war. And I’m supposed to encourage moms to laugh again. Ha. How shallow! How foolish! How insensitive!

Hi Tiffany,
I am finding you through SITS and I think it is PERFECT timing to help moms laugh! God never said we’d have joy in the easy times, but He promises to give us joy in ALL circumstances and laughter is a great medicine.
God bless as you prepare for this important talk.
Nice to meet you!

Thank you. I needed that. It must be beautiful in Colorado right now. I don’t think I would ever be inside if I lived there. I once heard God say to me, “go where you find Me” and that would have to be outside in the still of the morning when no one else is around and there is only the noise of nature. Sorry, I just see Him in those things. Have a wonderful day. Thanks for the blog. I appreciated it greatly.

Loved your post, friend…as usual….
I always love the way I feel after a good laugh. It’s a cleansing for the soul, I think…much like tears…
Something about laughter cleanses the heart.
I know your talk will be awesome. Wish I could be there to hear it!!!
Hugs,
Julie

I love your header. Thought it might be your house then saw the OPEN sign. I live in Co. too. My header has a bike picture taken in Allens Park. I read your devotion and was lifted up by it.

I will pray for you! God has perfect timing for your topic. He has plans beyond what may be understood. Proverbs says that laughter is good medicine. : )
Perfect timing!
All for Jesus,

Laughter truly is great medicine! So despite the current events going on in our world today, we can always take time to focus on something that we can smile about. Maybe it’s the cute face of a baby or a puppy or a funny movie. My mom used to always have a joke to tell others.

Hey Tiffany,
I’ve missed you so much my sweet friend.
I’ve been really busy and not blogging or visiting much these days.
I’m catching up today.
Great article. Yes, this talk will be really needed. What a stress buster.
Please let us know how it goes.
Hope you are having a great weekend!!
Love you♥

Hello Tiffany…how did your MOPS session go? Its just my little ole opinion…but what better time to laugh…when life is so full of more than we can handle!
Too funny I came to visit your blog today and this is just what I had challenged us to do today!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am new at this and am still trying to find out how to get my site out there! Any suggestions??
Love what you wrote about “Sinful” at Dillards. I too am floored that our young girls have this sort of thing in their faces on a daily basis. We just need to keep them lifted up in prayer.
Stop by again! Tell me how to get out there and any feedback on my site would be appreciated!

I stopped by to say thanks for the encouragement…it seems you’ve been a busy little encourager:)
I’ll be back. I’m interested to know how you found me. I’m scheduled to speak at my first retreat next weekend. I’ve done MOPS and Bible Studies, but never 4 sessions. Pep talk?
