Wanted to share my photos of our first snow of the season–a light dusting that fell during the night. What a wonderful sight to wake up to.
Snow is a beautiful way God waters the earth.

Oh Tiffany, that is lovely! You beat me to it… I was going to do a “first snow” post but yours is much more beautiful than mine would have been. Wasn’t today wonderful? I love the light dusting of snow, and it even stayed on the ground until noon. Thanks for the beautiful photos!
We got our first snow in Ohio today (Oct. 12). Well, it snowed for about 1 minute!

I was out of town this week, so I missed it. I’m so glad to have stumbled on some good pics- thanks for posting them.
And yes, snow is such a beautiful and unique way for God to water the earth. It says something of him that he created a season that is filled at the same time with the harshest chill and the purest white.
