(pic credit: taken by my girl on the last day of junior high. Love this creative shot!!)
Today I’m going out with four teenage girls to enjoy this beautiful Colorado weather. We are going to have fun taking pictures. As I look at this star, I’m reminded of the beauty of light. Light removes the darkness. Light encourages growth out in nature. Light allows me to see. Light is a gift from God.
You, too, can be a light by letting the love of Jesus shine wherever you are. And for even greater impact: Connect with others and share HIS star power together.. ๐
Shine on, friends!
BE A STAR.
Hollywood has nothing on God’s light.
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, Godโs special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 1Peter 2:9

What a great shot. Kids are so creative. I would have never come up with that.
I saw your button about She Speaks. I’ll be there too! If I’ve told you that already, it’s just because I’m crazy excited.

Wow Amy, I did NOT know that yet. Thanks so much for letting me know. I hope we connect among 600 women. ๐ I’m extra excited too!

Oh my goodness. I took a picture just like that when I was in Jr. high. How awesome! Ah, how I miss Jr. high. I never thought that I would miss it, but high school can be hard and stressful… ๐

Hi Tay, high school is stressful too. For me, it was worst than junior high.
