Jesus, seeing “love” carved into this Aspen reminds me of You. You died on a wooden cross(made from a tree) to rescue the world. To rescue me. Your love compelled You to sacrifice, suffer and die. And let’s not forget You rose from the dead. Yes, You are God! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Because of Your unfailing love, I am free. Free from past, present and future sins. Free to live as a drink offering. Free to grow in relationship with You. Free to reach out and touch others. What a gift Your love is. I have never felt or found anything better than Your love. If only the world would taste and see that You are good. You satisfy me. Thank you, LORD. Amen.
