(PLEASE PAUSE MY MUSIC ON SIDEBAR)
Address red envelopes to:
President Barack Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW
Washington , D.C. 20500
On the back or on a note inside, write: “This envelope represents one child who died in abortion. It is empty because that life was unable to offer anything to the world. Responsibility begins with conception.”
Mail them on the weekend of Feb 28-March 1st. What if 50 million red envelopes, one for every child who died from abortion, landed in the mailbox at the White House? Maybe it will change the heart of our President. Please pray our joint efforts make a difference.
I thought I had a red envelope in my card box, but I didn’t. So I did what thrifty people do. I colored my own. Boy was that messy! I got red marker on my fingers and my kitchen countertops(see pics). I thought about throwing out my hideous envelope art and buying one that “looked” better. After all, I want my White House mail to look good. Who wouldn’t?
Nope! I know me, I probably won’t go out just to buy a “red” envelope. Not anytime soon anyway.
Let’s face it. Abortion is messy. Blood bleeds red. Choosing death over life is ugly. My envelope coloring experience was healing to me. Another reminder of the effects of abortion. So I’m mailing this as is.
I pray you will prayerfully consider sending an envelope. Why not it from your heart? Because of my story, I made mine a little more personal and wrote more! Obviously, I could’ve written even more.
I think I will add “life is precious” on the front.” 🙂

Tiffany, Your homemade envelope attracts attention, but more important it shares your heart. I was touched by these words: “Abortion is messy. Blood bleeds red. Choosing death over life is ugly. My envelope coloring experience was healing to me.” You’re life is precious and so is the message that you are sharing with others.

Great idea my friend! I love your words. May we never forget the messiness of abortion. And may we never shy away from taking action. Thank you for the reminder!

Oh my! I started tearing up as soon as I saw your homemade red card…it is perfect! I think the added words are the perfect touch. I’m praying yours gets seen by someone that needs to hear this message.
Thank you for your kind words. It’s all about Him and His glory.
Love you, my friend for life (both ways!)

You envelope is better than a store bought one. It will get noticed. May God continue to give you strength for your journey. B

Tiffany, that red envelope screams for attention, so that is why you didn’t have one in your box.
I am still trying to catch up from the conference and it looks as if we were passing in the night on this one. I am sending several, one from each of my precious grandchildren and daughter.
Thanks for sharing this, it truly is a beautiful thing and I am glad we still have the freedom to do this. I pray for this nation and praise God that we be protected from all the wrong decisions we have made as a country. We need to get back to God and his ways.

My heart ached when watching the video; and then seeing your envelope, Tiffany.
I’ve never personally been affected by this issue. However, just knowing it happens is hard.
Blessings!

Tiffany, this really blessed me to see. I was looking at Marsha’s site tonight to see the address for my envelope and saw your posts so had to come read what you said about your red envelope.
Hugs to you.

I am a social worker for the state. I think it is good to support something that you believe in. I work with children that have been sexually molested by their father and become pregnant with their father’s child. I have dealt with girls who have been impregnated by their father and try to give themselves abortion due to they do not want to have a child that reminds them everyday of the bad things their father did to them or explain to their child that they are a product of their father molesting them. I ask you to make a change and ask people to please start adopting children who were not aborted that are in the system or become a foster parent before we go and ask the president to stop abortions. Now I am not saying that abortions are right but I do not want women out their putting themselves in harm or endangering themselves by trying to give themselves abortions. I pray to god that people will also make a stand and start adopting children who were not aborted and are now in state custody. There is no cost and the state pays for the adoption. Or at least become a foster parent to the children who were not aborted. We keep pushing to stop abortions but those same people are not adopting or fostering the children who were not aborted. When you send that red letter to the president, just keep in mind of all the children who were not aborted and are waiting to have a parent adopt them or be a foster parent to them. Just something to keep in mind.
