During our family devotions this week my husband taught on serving. A subject I needed because I’m not the greatest servant at home. My expectations stop me from going the extra mile. I’m selfish. I expect my two kids to help around the house. After all, if I did everything for them, what would they learn?

I have missed you…. It’s good to see how awesome a weekend you had. I had a surprise this weekend. One of the girls in our small group’s family were coming up for a women’s retreat. It wasn’t a church, just a group of women. She invited me to go with her and I did. It was sheer beauty and blessing. I LOVED every minute of it.
It was as if the breath of God came on us…
