Just stopping in to say we are still in celebration mode over here, so I will be back to blogging next week. This break is running into this week too…
Last Friday, my boy Justin graduated high school! So rewarding to watch him and his classmates graduate. What a fine, compassionate, kind, and extremely funny young man Justin is. He will be attending the local community college for a year then off to a film school in Denver. That’s right up his alley. Making movies. Acting. Being creative.
I hope you enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend. We went to a few grad parties. And now this week we are doing some projects for Justin’s graduation/birthday party this weekend. I love the motivation of a deadline, don’t you? It will be great to get some much needed projects behind us so we can enjoy summer in our small, but cozy backyard.:)
Hard part is both my husband and I have a cold (annoying cough) that is slowing us down.
Well, I better get moving now. It’s almost noon.
Until next week I hope and pray you are enjoying each and every day.
Life is a gift.
Unwrap your gift of grace today!

PS God answered my prayers. He is so good. My She Speaks Conference scholarship fund is paid in full now. Yay! Thanks to a few precious friends you know who you are. Plus I won a $150 essay contest at The Lazy Christian. I look forward to all God has in store in July! I can’t wait to meet so many of my online friends face to face finally!! Yahoo!

Oh friend, congratulations! What a beautiful and creative young man you’ve raised. (wonder where he got his “creative” side from?) May the Lord show him favor all the days of his life.
Love you friend!
