Here are a few things that made my weekend special:
Hannah’s new layered bob haircut. I cut my whole family’s hair and this time I went dramatic for Hannah. She loves it!
Game night last night with my family. We played Scrabble. Fun to create words. Especially for a word lover like me.
The message at church. We tried my friend Beth’s church at their new location. We watched an Andy Stanley video on the Ten Commandments. Part 1 of 5. Loved it! He is one of my favorite teachers. I’m always tempted to change churches.
Dinner with Derek Friday night. Cannot say enough of how much my one-on-one time with my hubby means to me.
My walk in the park with Hannah. Walking together with my girl is sweet! She’s growing up. Big ten.
I’m thankful for life. God has given me more than I could ever imagine. I need to keep thinking thanks. It sends the demon of depression running.
Now back to my article writing, I am so behind. Blogging is an enjoyable distraction. Joining a critique group has me writing regularly again. However I can’t figure out how to review five critiques and make the necessary changes. I used to have a critique partner, so I only had one person’s comments to review.
See even someone living in the slow lane can be behind and feel stressed!

My goodness, you cut hair, too? I try, but I make a mess of it. Then off to Cool Cuts we go. ๐

Yes, Rachelle, I cut hair. Have since I was 12 or so. No official education though. I say it saves my family money. This way I get the whole haircutting budget. ๐

Hey Tiffany,
So blessed you had such a great weekend. Isn’t it nice to sit and write down all those “little things” that bless our lives and bring us joy?
Gratitude just keeps flowing.
Would you mind if I placed your blog on my favorites?
Thanks!
Susan
