My two kids, Justin and Hannah.
Hannah and me.
My hubby, Derek, and our kids.
Hannah is too cool with the peace thing going. And gotta love the monkey cap.
I was thrilled to find this sign attached to a gift shop and lookout point. My sentiments exactly!
Justin getting too close to the edge-again!
Just a snapshot of our trip to the Grand Canyon. We spent two days exploring, one day on the rim. One day we hiked into the canyon. Pictures don’t even compare to the amazing depth and beauty of this wonder in person!

I remember seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time 25 years ago. Can you believe I was disappointed? It looked just like a postcard. Were you able to go on the new skywalk? My son could be your son’s brother–They have the same hairstyle and body build. How weird is that? Great pictures by the way ๐

OH my goodness, gotta love the Grand Canyon for absolute PROOF of God’s majesty and goodness to us! Surely He could have allowed us to live in a world of far less beauty, but He chose not to. Doesn’t it just overwhelm you with his precious love and care of us?
I’m so glad you included family pics here. What a great vacation! I’m inspired…

To answer your question: No, we didn’t go to the new skywalk. It was on the other side of the Canyon–far away. It would’ve been amazing to see though. I’ve heard it’s pricey.
